French Braids

I have a lot of hair and little to no patience. I also get bored with all my hair very easily. I love French braids, but I've never been able to do them, because I have so much hair and no patience. Yesterday I tried French braiding my hair, and managed to do quite a lot of it, as you can see, before getting fed up of it. So I took a photo to prove my efforts then tied it there, with the French braid just leading into a ponytail. But when I looked at the photo I got annoyed because I realised it actually looked quite good, so I undid the ponytail and braided it…

Which went okay, I guess, but it could have been better if I hadn't gotten annoyed. Anyway I think my main problem was that I hadn't brushed my hair before starting to braid it so it was all just getting tangled. I'm going to try it again now and let you know the outcome.

So what I'm learning is that when I want to make my hair look nice it goes all over the place, and when I put less effort into it, it actually looks nice. Annoying!
